I always find it very hard to post something new if the previous update here has been so long time ago.. I don’t know where this month went so fast, maybe I was too busy with real interior projects and therefore had less time to post on the blog.

Anyway, this moody and dark and stylish place found in this month’s Residence broke the silence here. It’s a new apartment of Swedish super-stylist Lotta Agaton who’s work is a constant inspiration for me. Her previous apartment, which I shared here, was decorated in much lighter colours. The shift from lighter tones to darker shades is really dominant in Scandinavian style right now and this place is an extreme example of it.

I love bright scandinavian style, but this version stole my heart! Maybe it’s because of fall mood, but these dark shades for me looks worm, cosy and extremely elegant!

It’s the same for me – my own home still has bright white walls and I have lots of light in my home, but I can find myself sometimes dreaming about more darker shades also in my home..
