Images show different interior spaces in norsu‘s signature pastel colour palette, styled with the boutique’s carefully curated collection of Nordic homewares and diverse range of art prints. The collection also features several images shot in a Scandinavian ‘boho luxe’ style, reflecting a new direction norsu is taking since announcing their partnership with iconic Swedish design-house Love Warriors of Sweden earlier this year.
The release of this collection coincides with the opening of their second Melbourne retail store in Hawthorn next month which will compliment their existing Malvern East store by providing a space to showcase furniture, rugs and art within a styled insitu environment.

These monochrome splatter eggs are my favorite Easter decoration this year. Simple DIY project, although quite messy :) I made these eggs for decoration purposes only and used ink for splattering them, but I think one can do it with food colorings too so that they can be eaten afterwards.
Wishing you all Happy Easter!
Love the feeling of style and space in this gorgeous loft of one of my favourite photographers Pia Ulin. Formerly living in Stockholm she has now home in Brooklyn, New York. She renovated the whole space with help from architects Bangia Agostinho. The result is spacious and airy, modern and cozy, original and with very distinct style.
This home is featured in the latest issue of Residence magazine.
IKEA is launching a new collection called VIKTIGT in this May and deciding on what can be seen from the sneak peek it is a truly beautiful collection that will be at least as popular as their SINNERLIG collection currently is. Created in collaboration with Swedish glass and ceramic designer Ingegerd Råman, this discreet collection ranges from handmade glassware to furniture and home accessories woven from natural fibers. Simple stylish shapes, pure natural materials and items that are produced by hand – all that makes this collection quite perfect to me!

This two-room apartment in Finland Helsinki has a clean and fresh Scandinavian style with a hint of romantic vibes. Some vintage items together with newer Scandinavian design creates cozy feeling, the use of soft wooden tones and graphic patterns on the fabrics makes the interior playful and lively. Residents love for blue color is clearly seen throughout the whole apartment.
And it seems from the photos that there are little lovely containers to hang on your String side panels soon coming out – perfect for storing little knick knacks if you happen to have a String shelf in your kitchen, workspace or bathroom!
Beautiful living room styling using different shades of grey and natural materials like wood, sea grass and cork. The center piece in this room is new IKEA sofa NORSBORG, but you can find alo many items from their SINNERLIG collection, like the rug, table lamp, cushion covers and cork coffee table.

NORR11 is a young Scandinavian design and lifestyle brand offering timeless high quality furniture pieces and home accessories. Founded in 2011 as a German-Danish start up their furniture and lamps are clearly characterized by modern Scandinavian design, but at the same time include classical Bauhaus elements. By contrast, the shapes and materials of NORR11 accessories have Asian roots and as such add some color and dynamics to their collection. The mix of 3 different styles makes NORR11 products really unique.

Christmas is just around the corner. Tree is decorated and presents are wrapped. There’s also a tiny-tiny Christmas feeling rising its head inside me – mostly thanks to my older boy who is already old enough to decorate Christmas tree, bake gingerbreads and wait for Christmas Eve and all the presents he is to get then :)
The most valuable gift you can give to your loved ones is your time. Keeping that in mind I will sign off for holidays and give all my attention to my family. They deserve it and I deserve it :)
I wish you all magical Christmas time and see you again in the beginning of 2016! Take time for your loved ones and make some beautiful memories – not for Instagram or Facebook, but just for yourself! xxx
